The majority of Pinot Noir is grown on the coastal areas of Sonoma and Mendocino counties. There is some Pinot grown on the Napa side of Carneros which is the foggiest and coolest region of Napa because it’s right next to San Pablo bay.
I am not an expert or too knowledgeable, but is it possible that these cool areas became not so cool?
