And restarting my phone
I’m not sure it has anything to do with size though because it shows the same message for photos sometimes
But then other pictures and videos work

It is 10MB. Accounts remove the limit entirely 🐶🐾🫡
Issue might be more to do with the media hosting services selected within Damus, rather than Damus itself.

Its the relay not Damus
relays don’t host media, its a nostr.build limit for free accounts

We use https://nostr.build so its whatever the limits there are.
Maybe we could make a service for purple with no limits…

I’m not sure it’s just a nostrbuild limit though.
I tried uploading an image within Damus and it failed, so I uploaded it directly to nostr.build (free/no account) and it worked.
Then I pasted the hosting link into my good morning note, old-school, and it rendered in Damus normally
