I honestly don't believe it's for everybody, not even for a majority. Women even less. My main issue is overeating, so I can't get to this. My husband on the other hand loves carnivore (so I have an anticarb preacher at home, I've heard it all.) I've been a vegan for a short part of my life and it was way easier and made me feel better than going carnivore. So, to each his own.
