Throwing out my plastic cutting boards and replacing with hardwood.

Was always told plastic is better because you can sanitize in the dishwasher. It seems nobody considered microplastics in food until recently.

Though the worst cutting board I ever had was made of glass.

I’m horrified at the thought of how many plastic cutting boards are used at restaurants I’ve eaten at. I pretend it is zero.
