like chili peppers and stuff? might be down actually. spicy chocolate is pretty good so why not milk?

This is my thinking.

Doesn't milk negate capsaicin somehow? Like drinking it after eating chilli will stop the burn.

Capsaicin is fat and alcohol soluble. So any liquid containing those substances (fats or alcohol) will allow the capsaicin to be washed away.
