You formulate your weekly goals very specifically, don't you? I have read that this helps you to implement them. The goals must be written down as precisely as possible. Are you familiar with the SMART goals concept?

Most of the things on my accountability list is just things I know that help me mentally and physically be a better version of myself. I have not heard of the SMART goals concept but you got me curious now so I'll be reading about it more later tonight.

I think your goals are a good foundation. Improving your mental strength and physical fitness/health are the basis for a good life in my opinion.
