Any calcium carbonate toothpaste like Tom’s is fine as long as you have a low sugar diet and are not prone to decay.

But flossing is a scam right? The dentist version of Punk'd?

Oh god no. Oral bacteria that proliferates in your gum sulcus is disgusting and unhealthy systemically.

Dentist in the protocol

Vicco Toothpaste. Thank me later

Pasta del Capitano! My grandma used a charcoal powder version, had healthy gums with the prettiest smile

Thank you il search up Tom's 🙂

What’s your take on novamin (unavailable in US 😞)?

We have novamin in the US. It’s the active ingredient in most sensitive formula toothpastes. It works reasonably well for reducing sensitivity, but is temporary. It does not rebuild enamel.

Cool. I remember doing some nanoscale X-ray tomography, studying the occlusion of dentine tubules and potential remineralization with novamin back in the day before it was available in the US (10-12 years ago?). The microstructure and design of teeth are amazing.

Oce a day try brushing with extra virgin olive oil, just a teaspoon , brush and then swish around the liquid for 1 or 2 min and spit, its tastes and smells weird but it works great for teeth and gums especially.

Hey Nik….there’s numerous types of non abrasive clays out there you can get.

Use van man

I use Boka brand.

Dr bronners

Euthymol, second option, more widely available, Fluoride free but has some other stuff, tastes like dentist rinse.

As others mentioned, low sugar diet and good hygiene essential. But then that still applies for fluoride heads too.

No shortcuts, proof of work!

I use young living but brand isn’t that important. Other factors are important in dental health. Avoid sugar and grains. Include Active Vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin K2 are essential. Obtain by diet (organs, fats from grass fed animals, natto, and by going out in the sun.

I like Boka. Made with nano hydroxyapatite to support tooth enamel.
