the chances that you can't find someone who knows you are pretty slim, when recovering from this. once it is clear to everyone you aren't lying, the old stuff is still your history. it still exists. and it's also why i was a bit hesitant to agree that old, dead npubs should be purged.

they might be the history of active npubs that were lost. they often will have some kind of currency still.
