Why is it that people from NY & CA, the places people have been trying to escape for the last few years, always want to tell you they are from CA or NY... they're worse than vegans.

They are all stuck in an old world, credentialed order where status was defined by your degrees, where you worked, and who you were around. The world has completely changed and they are completely clueless, stuck in an echo chamber bubble of total ignorance.

You should always say you are from wherever you are from *when asked* or when it's necessary info. Lots of people weirdly act like where they grew up isn't just some sort of random crap shoot that had nothing to do with them.
