Have you noticed any benefits? I did the red light at the gym a few times during the dead of winter when we weren’t getting any sunshine. It felt nice.
It made a burn on my forearm almost disappear in a week

Impressive!! How often and how many minutes a day would you do it?
Daily 5-10 min
I think I’ll start doing the red light therapy again 3 times a week when I go the gym. I can go in for 12 minutes and it’s full body.
