Clients id like to see built in 2024:

- Onlyfans alternative. This pairs well with lightning payments and solves the waiting for payouts issue.

- Nostr-based native music app. Wavman but 100% nostr

- Digital products marketplace over nostr with zap to pay. Focus 100% on digital product creators.

- media only client (Instagram)

- A really good community-only client with robust community features

- maps over nostr. This is being built but needs more energy I guess

- a low data client or low data mode in all major social clients

- YouTube style client but native app (keep forgetting what one we have on web is called).

Besides new clients, I think we can do a lot to educate people, improve discovery massively (this should be priority #1) and to improve base performance of all major clients.

I was thinking wavlake I guess lol the other popped in mind

The mobile app is 100% nostr 💫

oh cool. I have not tired it yet!

You should! 😎

flare.pub

Hard to remember for me for some reason. I guess I don’t associate video with flare

Yes an Onlyfans alt would do wonders to BTC/Lightning adoption. Porn did decide the VHS/Betamax war afterall

I don't think society needs another OnlyFans.

I'd add gambling to it - besides porn/onlyfans its a big industry that adopts tech and has always had problems with payments

True

Con nuestra comunidad vamos a desarrollar un Discord arriba de #nostr

I don’t like discord

A nosotros tampoco por eso vamos a hacer uno acá que guste y a nuestro estilo

I think it needs to be minimal and focus on core functions without all the discord nonsense

Así es

Does anyone still use that? 🧐

2024 will be bright

If we can get stellar search and content / people / topic surfacing mechanisms that don’t involve clicking a bunch of stuff then yes

I'd like to see stacker.news switch over to a 100% nostr-based back end.

I would like to see a sport activity app (like Strava) to share your proof-of-sweats 💦

On #1. I would think that a pay-to-reveal option was easy to implement on standard #nostr clients that support zaps? Maybe better yet add eCash support for better privacy on sending and receiving end 🤔
