Set 3: 40 (incline)
About 1 min rest in between sets.
I could probably do sets of 5 and take an hour rest. Time to get on it.

Thanks for inspiring me. I got 40 down and a short run in. It's upsetting. I used to run marathons. Now I can make it about a half mile before I am winded. Lots of work to do.
