Thanks for inspiring me. I got 40 down and a short run in. It's upsetting. I used to run marathons. Now I can make it about a half mile before I am winded. Lots of work to do.

Number go up and endurance are going up slowly. Also, my excess body fat is slowly disappearing. Adding #proofofwalk to my daily routine a few weeks ago has sped up the body fat loss.
