Does it become a new ledger account or the sparrow wallet will overwrite my ledger ?!

It uses the same "account" (xpub) - so balances will be the same on both
If you're happy with your setup no need to change anything, sounds like you do other crypto stuff, sparrow is Bitcoin only so might make things worse for you
