Keep going! The hardest part about quitting something and heart break is filling the time you used to do that thing with something else. If you form healthy habits that take up that time it should be easier to not even notice it is gone.

I started walking 3 miles a day ever since I quit. Not on purpose, I just didn’t know what to do with myself, but I quite like it
