Sadly most people are "glued" to fiat incentives and need wake up calls to realize it; adoption will happen gradually until we see aggressive widespread censorship and confiscations.

Radically free markets (bitcoin), open communication protocols (nostr) and open OS's (graphene) enable the right incentives for most of your points. Challenges remain with reliance on IP/DNS (nostr, lnurl) but I'm bullish on lightning and holepunch.
