Hello world! I’m new to Damus. It’s been a year since on every social network my quantum related post magically disappear. In the worst cases I get banned. It’s very frustrating, I really hope Damus is different.

Lol well this is the extra fun part: no edits allowed! There’s typos fucking everywhere & we embrace them by turning them into memes.
I completely stopped posting to x & deleted all other social media. Total replacement & it feels great.
Don’t worry about language barriers, most clients have translation built in so you can type in your native language & it’s pretty generally accepted.

Great place to start. Learn about self-custody next. Try sending some sats you earn from zaps over time to a non-custodial wallet like Phoenix, Mutiny, or the upcoming version of Zeus.

Its really easy to set up just download Wallet of Satoshi from the app store

Open the app click Receive
Then click the lightning address
It should now be copied. Go to your Nostr profile and paste it where it asks for a lightning address. Now people can send you some bitcoin ⚡️
Even before coming here i decided that sats were the real money :P
