also, there is such a thing as limited free tier access, and then they just need a custodial wallet and beg and they can be on it, in fact that can be a whole reason for people to zap, to onboard people nicely with a month or two access to get started

You were the one demanding all relays be completely free-to-use and that they all have to host all content from everyone and anyone, so that they now have to throttle traffic to prevent spam and attacks, and need increasingly costly server management.
Has nothing to do with censorship. This is just a tragedy of the commons.
