Off to a great start this season!

Got the red potatoes just starting to poke through now, red, white & yellow onions are rockin, garlic seems to be doing ok, kale has been dug up countless times by squirrels so there’s only a handful coming up which is fine because you really only need a 2-3 plants to get ya through the season.

I just transplanted carrots, lettuce, broccoli and cucumber into the ground thismorning. Waiting for watermelon and peppers to sprout before transplanting those. Season number 2 seems great so far and I really don’t know what exactly what I’m doing, but learning as I go is fine by me.

I do have a question for you garden gurus though, and it’s one thing I didn’t really think of, but where would I put marigolds? Garden is tight already.

You should thin those broccoli to just one. Also i have never transplanted carrot but they might need a little thinning. Space about an inch at least. Grow baby grow
