Classic Liberals lost their seat at the table when the world switched from Gold (Natural Right) to Fiat (Political Might)
So they got hurt. Shame.
Classical Liberalism was Hijacked by the Progressive early 20th century and when they ruined the Progressive name after FDR, they rebranded as Liberals
In the 90's, they ruined the Liberal name, so they rebranded back to Progressives
Co-opted by the bitcoin wave.
A lot were radicalized via the propaganda, and most don’t even realize it via the cognitive dissonance

It’s quite a strange phenomenon truly, as a liberal the whole premise is to be progressive and do as you wish, however a lot have been the ones to turn into nazi’s wanting to force their beliefs onto others. I believe Ronald Reagan said in the 80’s, that if communism ever comes to the west it will be through the liberal/democrats parties.. and he was correct apparently. 🤷🏼♂️
I'm willing to bet Reagan read some history and was able to identify the group in his own country that will turn.
Heyo, how's it going? I'm a voluntarist classical liberal, a.k.a. anarcho-capitalist in the classical liberal tradition. I believe the social contract needs to be a literal contract with clear consent, and that aggression is illegitimate. This is the only ethical way to be a classical liberal. We're all still here.
