Fear is the underlying cause of most human mental suffering and problematic behavior.
You can disrupt it by observing and labeling it.

Government loves to exploit the irrational nature of fear. That is why the news is constant fear of the other side porn. Why covid was fear theater. Also why 9/11 shock event was able to be abused so hard by government because it invoked fear.
Willful Ignorance is another cause:
