Any diet that tells you to cut out 90% of what humans have been eating for 100,000 years is obviously retarded

With a note: 99.99% humans didn't eat the same food that existed 100.000 years ago, but a surrogate full of chemicals that actually didn't exist 100.000 years ago. And probably they eat it in a x100 quantity.

So maybe we should take this into account as well.

With a further note: Yes.

Correction:

> full of chemicals that actually didn't exist *100* years ago

One pizza a day keeps the doctor away πŸ•πŸ˜‹

When I want to lose weight I stop eating shit. It’s amazing, it actually works.

What did humans eat 100k years ago? Grains in large quantities came much later. Food was much richer in fiber and animal proteins. "cutting carbs" by 90% should be ok then?
