When I eat steak (usually ribeye, but sometimes strip or sirloin) I enjoy every bite right to the end, even when it's like 2lbs worth.

Veal, can't get enough of it.

When I eat lamb I am basically sick of that shit after like 5 bites.

Ground beef is similar.

Why?

Fat

Absolutely love lamb and ground beef too. No idea why you feel that way. A properly cooked lamb is hard to beat. I would say I overeat lamb more than steak. I also don’t like fish at all. People’s palates vary I guess is the answer.

I just had lamb this evening. Wish there was more, as I could have eaten more.

I also enjoy just plain ground beef much more than chicken.

Maybe taste preferences change with time.

Lack of fat content maybe? 🤷‍♂️ in terms of the good seared fat like on a steak 🥩🤷‍♂️

I have had similar experiences with ground beef I'm not sure what it is about ground beef but it fills me more.

If I have a cut of steak, I can easily eat 2-3 pounds typically. Even lamb or venison too.

They are both fatty, usually chuckeye steak or 80/20 ground beef.
