Just goofing around. But I do think the universe is energetic as well as material.
Oh yeah, its all energy, or mind. The day it happened? It was today! But its not hurting now. I was squatting. Just squatting. Its good for you.
That's something I've been trying to I corporate into daily routine as it's supposed to help blood flow in the legs.
Great for your back, too. I started doing it after seeing Chinese people do it anywhere they were waiting for something, then realized it would help me with my back, then realized its amazing with a weight for working legs and heart. I'm kinda sedentary lately, and squats, jumping jacks, and pushups are my routine.
