hope not. i doubt he's guilty but i'm sure the dems will keep trying and they've shown time and again that they are not above taking the low road when it comes to morals (election fraud, lying, faking evidence, bribery, etc)

No and if he is it will be appealed and thrown out. Pretty sure all the charges are unconstitutional in one way or another but that could take years and he might die before all the court cases are finished
The big threat is if the charges themselves are not overturned in time to steal the election from him - which is effectively just as bad for the country as an outright election steal, though would be less bad for Trump as an individual...
