I guess I need to read it but I'm trying to figure out how the egg (much less the sperm!) gets to the liver. Gahhh ๐ถ
The fallopian tubes are open to the rest of the body cavityโฆ the ovaries pretty much just go โhere, catch!โ
So theoretically if they miss, egg/sperm/embryo could end up anywhere internally. Thank goodness it doesnโt happen very often.
