I guess I need to read it but I'm trying to figure out how the egg (much less the sperm!) gets to the liver. Gahhh 😶

The fallopian tubes are open to the rest of the body cavity… the ovaries pretty much just go “here, catch!”

So theoretically if they miss, egg/sperm/embryo could end up anywhere internally. Thank goodness it doesn’t happen very often.
