No clue how you guys do it. I had a free juice fast given to me that I did for 3 days a while back. And it was death by the end.

To me it’s more of a reset and cleansing of the body. Once you go beyond the 72hr mark, the body produces stem cells which are miraculous for healing… I go water and salt only, this allows me to not have cravings or anything like that

I see. Pretty much what I thought and have heard, though stem cell bit is news to me. Maybe will have to try someday ... Good luck with the remainder

It is extremely hard if you have a low body fat percentage so that could be it. Also need to wirk yourself up to it. Do 24 hrs, 48hrs each a couple of times first.

You can already get some of the benefits if you eat only once a day, or in a 4h window.

I used to do long fasts on just water, my best was 17 days.

But that was more of a challenge for myself 😎

Now I do one meal a day regularly and sometimes skip the meal for a 48h fast πŸ˜„

It's hard in the beginning because of habits and the body producing Hungerhormone right before your usual eating times.

It gets easier tho πŸ‘

I'm not even feeling any hunger till maybe 4 in the afternoon πŸ₯³

I haven't done any deep dives, just keep hearing about it from reputable npubs. That's all the research I need lol, at least to know it's worth trying out.
