A customer is building a new home on a nice plot of land out in Alpine (East County San Diego). He drove by our shop a couple of weeks ago and saw that we had doors so he stopped to check it out. When he walked in, he realized he could get all the finish materials he needed right here in one place (I share a showroom with 3 other business - it's a one-stop-shop for remodels).

For the cabinetry, we looked at door samples during that first visit to the shop and he found the one he liked. Then, since the framing was already done, we went out and took measurements, did a couple revisions of drawings, and now we have the design ready to go and the cabinets can get ordered.

Next step will be to pick out cabinet pulls, sinks, and faucets. We will likely start installing the cabinets around the beginning of March.

Beautiful! Nice work! What kind of design software do you use to create these? Where do you order your cabinets from?

Thanks! I use Chief Architect primarily. I build them myself on about 20% of jobs. For painted custom cabinets I try to sell Westwood Fine Cabinetry or Canyon Creek, because they're good and I hate painting. For this job, custom wasn't in the budget so we went with one of our RTA lines.

Looks great, i know a few people in alpine that I can shill your work to.

That would be awesome! We serve all of San Diego County. If you're in the area, hopefully I'll see you at a Bitcoin Meetup sometime
