You're not going to get a great magnesoum source from any foods because bad agriculture practices have stripped most of it from the soil, so a significant amount doesn't make it into our foods.

Magnesium is one of the most important elements to be ingested. It's involved in SO many bodily processes - stress mitigation is one of those.

High intensity exercise (like sprints), cold exposure, and saunas are another great way to help your body learn to deal with stressors.

The organs I eat are grassfed from New Zealand. I take Paul Saladino’s heart and soil organ supplement. I believe those are regeneratively raised cows. I don’t really notice any difference when I had taken the magnesium supplements

Not all are supplements are created the same

Not all have the same bioavailability

If you're profoundly low and aren't taking enough to really catch up, you might not notice a difference. It may take longer.

Then again, it just may not be your issue, too.
