Yeah, I just took a look and it seems they don't support Amber, which is really odd. I was sure they supported it, but I guess I was misremembering the login. I don't use Primal. I use Amethyst, which definitely does support Amber. Personally, I think it's a superior nostr client, but Primal definitely has a sizable user base so I guess a lot of people do like it. 🤷‍♂️
