The sun is the single greatest thing for our mitochondria and should not be avoided. It should be embraced at all costs. It also does not cause cancer. Big Pharma loves you because you are the sausage for their grinder….sunscreen = Shitcoin

Gradual exposure to sun is the way. Increase exposure each day at the beginning of the season.

Alright you're going to have to explain the sunscreen thing to me. Stars emit a shitload of radiation, which causes cancer, and the atmosphere doesn't block it all. So how is the sun not at least partially responsible for skin cancer?

look at the ingredients in your sunscreen . now , whats more likely to cause cancer ? the LIFE GIVER ? or opening up your epidermis with heat and sweat and inviting all of those chems into your meatbag ?

seems obvious to me but you're you .

also we have been deceived regarding radiation - watch Galen Windsor eat uranium on live tv : https://yewtu.be/watch?v=nDvk-8WYxYk

I googled that guy and sources say he does from cancer, so lol.

lol ?

Lol at your argument and evidence that radiation isn't bad.

I’ll have a burger but hold the uranium 😂….

maybe you should leave the "googling" to those of us who harbor the spirit of actually searxing ...

i just spent 5 seconds and found that there appears to be some debate as to what he died from ... but more importantly he was 80 ... the videos i saw of him on the national tv circuit munching the uranium were prolly from the 70s maybe 80s and he appeared quite a bit younger ...

at any rate your lol "reply" has a glaring logical error so maybe dont go for the catgirly snorty snarkgrowl so early ?

wikipedia seems your style , no ?

good luck with life .
