12 pounds of smoked venison sausage. The other 13 are smoking now. 30 pounds of breakfast sausage ground, mixed and ready to be vacuum sealed. First batch of 15 pounds of jerky in the oven now, too. Venison heart bulgogi for dinner tomorrow, then it's salads for a week. Grateful.
