Check your bank transactions. Check if your bank is taking their cut for quick settlements.
I recently notice my bank is charging me Revolut top up's. When I press vthe button "Add money". My bank is charging me Min 1€ or 1.5% of transaction value and max 150$ for that.
With Banks finding ways to grab our money we need to be especially careful because they are thieves.

So it is not worth it to get paid in BTC 100% since there is capital gain tax once converted in USD to pay your bills.
Just need them to allow my UK salary to get paid into my account, and I'm totally fine with fiat banks.
