They're better tasting and because they were bigger, I got more weight for the same number of apples! 🧑🍳💋
Ratio of input to output is almost identical. I figured it'd vary a little as the smaller apples would be a higher proportion of apple cores, but apparently not.
Next up: more pink lady apples. They'll be done tomorrow, but tomorrow is cooking day so I probably won't have time to post any pictures.
