It was discussed a few weeks ago while #[2]​ was implementing zaps in Damus. This is being done on other platforms. For example, the Fountain podcast app automatically zaps 10 sats when a like is clicked. Fountain already has an integrated wallet, though, like you mentioned.

What if user has no wallet set up, clicking like says, “Yo, you need to set up a wallet!” It would increase wallet adoption, but it’s also a bit pushy with the bitcoin adoption.
