as someone that practiced singing for some years, it’s something i’ve been constantly reminded of, regardless of the coach
I googled before buying and saw many results warning about dangers 🙄 which is fair I guess, better safe than sorry. My tape only covers the center of my lips so worst case I could cough out the sides. (rare risks being acid reflux or vomit)
A few times my nose has been congested enough to wake me up and I just removed it for the rest of the night.
Since then till now.
How am I still standing?
Yeah lots of the 27 club experienced aspiration. Maybe I am paranoid, I sleep in the recovery position.
I did the same (small patch of medical tape over the center of my lips) it reduced my snoring (to great relief of my gf), until it didn’t anymore…
