Seasonality might also change the response and your light environment (natural outdoor light or toxic blue indoor led) definitely makes a difference

Tell me about it! I’m a big fan, I like the dark and messed up aspects of the show, but first episode of the latest season and I haven’t had the heart to watch the rest of the season

It might be too difficult to do for US - Australia. But from personal experience I try to sync my eating times to the timezone I’m going to a day beforehand and on the flight, so no eating while it’s nighttime at my destination. (And I’ll try to get some sleep in on the plane during nighttime of my destination.) This really helps me reduce jetlag.

I’ve also read that grounding (bare feet on grass/sand/soil) helps getting your body in tune with the new timezone.

That’s why I stopped using Duolingo

Haven’t been able to heal my seborrheic dermatitis, but MCT oil definitely helps to keep it under control. Early sunlight during my morning walks also seems to help and I’m maxxing my vit D with midday sun

Just be careful with long term usage, it might affect the intestinal mucus lining

That’s going to be one hell of a multisig

Matcha in Japan was amazing, but drinking it back home was really bad

(Infra)red panels use well known beneficial wavelengths, but the whole spectra probably contains many more that are currently unknown/untested. The range from the sun into infra goes much further than panels

I know nostr:npub1yd2h2lrwchshvm46jq7auh65tjkxmgnapkavh7tjtqq07kknupxsa980tv uses a chicken lamp when he’s unable to work outside

Preferably from food over supplements, but with our food getting more nutrient poor year over year, sometimes you’ll need the extra help
