Usually about every other month my bosses threaten to fire me.

When I point out with data and evidence the problem they are concerned with was created by them and I'm actually a victim of their decisions, they don't take it well.

I'm somewhat desensitized to their myopic, fiat short term thinking, but it's still frustrating to always be defending yourself. Can't wait to get out of this toxic fiat environment one day.
