I have a start9 DIY server... What exactly are you trying to do? I'm not familiar with jellyfish.

I have server pure. Jellyfish is streaming media service. Do I need to connect TV to server via HDMI?

It's Jellyfin. There's likely support within the subreddit for it

You have to use a jellyfin app on ROku,Amazon Fire Stick, Xbox, to stream from Jellyfin

Otherwise, you need a computer connected to your TV and you can use the web version
