Does anyone here have or know of a website for selling items where at checkout, customers can choose to pay in either fiat or bitcoin? Especially if there is a way to automatically apply a discount selectively to payments carried out in Bitcoin / charge different prices for the different payment methods.

in my research on this topic, your best bet is to run your own website and use WooCommerce with BTCPayServer.

There's quite a lot of setup involved so I haven't bothered. As far as I know there's no selling platform (ie Etsy, eBay, etc) that does what you're asking.

I was really hoping Square could do it because i saw a website built with Square and it was great. But they don’t allow bitcoin transactions 😒

you could probably do something easy and pretty with WordPress and a template? it's been a long time since I made a website.
