I think if your working for a large corporate or do shift work its difficult. Going outside during work hours is not a good look. I make the effort to get some daylight before entering the building, going outside every lunch. Its hard in daylight savings as well......when you have meetings all day. If you can work from home its much easier.......but more and more CEOs are ordering people back to the office.
