What's the best way to have multiple separate filters for a set of relays?

For example, how can I have listeners for (Kind:1, Hashtag:Pokemon) OR (Kind:30123) OR (Kind:1, Search:Soap)?

Ideally they would be real-time and allow for dozens of filters, if possible

Why?

Search is a hard thing to filter by, and real-time is expensive in general

Notifications

I could scrap “search” for now if you feel it’s possible otherwise

I can tolerate some lag for notifications, but wanted to express my ideal

Each filter would be a condition by which a notification would be pushed

Any ideas?

I do not know of any platforms that offer following searches and it is too expensive to do reasonably.

Do you think I could do parallel listeners for the other examples like (Kind:1, Hashtag:Pokemon) OR (Kind:30123) without the search content?

yes every relay *should* support it.
