New Year, but we don’t need a new us. We may want to change a few things in our lives and that’s good. We’re not broken. We don’t need fixing. We don’t need love because it’s already inside of us. We can take on one small thing at a time this year and end up with a completely different life at the end of the year if that’s what we want. It doesn’t need to be done all at once.
