I think that's commonly agreed that bullmarkets are only starting from an ATH, before is just recovery from a bear market or a very long dip.

that's what I keep hearing too. For me a bull market is when something just keeps going up for a year or so flat. especially after having bottomed out. So by the commonly agreed sense the bull market lasted from 69 to 74k and is now over?
It's not over, every bull markets got more or less correction periods, that's really not something to worry about.
But everyone can define a bull market as he want, if you DCA you might feel itnas bull market as soon as you leave a local bottom as you said.
In the end, true Bitcoiners tends to care less and less about it.
of course it isn't over. It hasn't started yet. The ETF hype wasn't the start of the new epoch. I also don't DCA. That's for institutions with a liquidation point and we don't have one. Bitcoin is already the exit strategy.
