Anyone have ideas on how to figure out whether there's a market for food storage facility services in an area? There's a property I saw for sale today that has a good size building that already has a large freezer space, the rest could easily be food-grade dry storage. Seems like it could be an opportunity.

I live near a busy harbor there is a demand for short term storage of frozen bait and cold storage of commercially caught fish. There is also some demand for hunters to age moose and deer meat in cold storage before processing. Do you have anything like that in your area?
