It’s a recipe that’s been passed down, loved by everyone in our family, and perfected over the years.

I marinate the veal shanks in a blend of fresh herbs, garlic, and a touch of pineapple or kiwi, letting the flavors develop for up to 48 hours. The result? Tender, melt-in-your-mouth Ossobuco, braised to perfection in a rich red wine sauce. I might see it wrong seems like you are using non stick cookware. i heard that the chemicals from the non stick will pollute the food. do your research. it's probably best to use stainless steel

Thanks for your concern! I appreciate you looking out for safety in cooking. For this recipe, I used wooden cooking utensils and a Dutch Oven pot, which doesn’t have a nonstick coating. as clearly presented on this video… I always try to be mindful of the cookware I use to ensure it’s safe. Stainless steel is a great option too!
