Thanks for sharing. I still don't understand the different kind of relays and which you should choose and how many.

Is there any place where to look for this kind of info?

Usually I just #AskNostr and see what relays other people are using. I’ve limited my set to mostly paid relays or ones where users have to be whitelisted. Dropping most of the free ones seems to do the trick and I don’t mind paying to support relay operators for a better experience.
