😴 #SLEEP ADVICE:

#Meditation regularly: creates an overall calmer mind (thoughts keep us up, no?). Takes consistency / time to get there.

Hard #exercise early in day.

Take #magnesium (might be surprised how helpful / useful this can be).

Hot bath before bed - +maybe magnesium salts (epsom salt) for better effect.

Carbohydrates at night (spoonful of honey is common recommendation before bed).

Lots of sun in daytime (melatonin /serotonin)
