(please boost to help me gather more good tips)

So, Mastadon, please tell as one (or more) of your best sleeping advice. It could be about how you fall asleep faster, how you manage to sleep through the night without waking up, how you make the most of the time you have to sleep, what you do to help yourself feel better first thing in the morning. Anything you've tried and believe to be helpful that has to do with sleep.

Let's work together and help each other seep and feel better.

1. Buy a heart rate monitor. I got one for the CFS to stop going into post-exertional malaise, but soon realised that my heart rate monitor thought I was asleep at 11pm when I was downstairs on the sofa on the internet.

I didn't think I was ready to sleep, but my body was getting ready - heart rate slowing, moving less.>

😴 #SLEEP ADVICE:

#Meditation regularly: creates an overall calmer mind (thoughts keep us up, no?). Takes consistency / time to get there.

Hard #exercise early in day.

Take #magnesium (might be surprised how helpful / useful this can be).

Hot bath before bed - +maybe magnesium salts (epsom salt) for better effect.

Carbohydrates at night (spoonful of honey is common recommendation before bed).

Lots of sun in daytime (melatonin /serotonin)
